From the monthly subscription, and from the software we are paid to build. We take no commission on a vendor's sales, because those sales never pass through us — a buyer pays the shop's own UPI QR directly. Babuki is an intermediary platform under Section 79 of the Indian IT Act: we do not verify goods, handle payments between buyer and seller, or manage delivery.
