They open it on their phone, sign in to Me2Us4U and agree to share their details with your hotel.
You see they agreed. Choose the room and press Check in.
The entry is in your guest register, with the ID type and last 4 digits.

Straight answers
Do guests pay through Babuki?
No. Guests pay you directly, and Babuki never holds room money.
What does a guest verification cost?
₹10 each, only when your staff verify a guest at the desk. It is free when the guest verifies on their own phone or is already verified.
What is included in my first month?
The plan fee plus prepaid verifications at ₹10 each: Small ₹2,500 (200 verifications), Medium ₹5,000 (400 verifications), Large ₹10,000 (800 verifications).
Can I buy more verifications?
Yes: 100 for ₹1,000. They roll over while your plan runs.
How long is the guest register kept?
Five years, as the law asks. Entries are never edited, and you can export them any time, even after your plan ends.
Do you store the guest's Aadhaar number?
No. We never receive or store the full 12-digit number. The register keeps the ID type and the last 4 digits.
I run a restaurant or mess. Is this for me?
No. Choose “Hotel (food)” when you open a shop on Babuki. Babuki Hotels is for places guests stay in.
What if I have more rooms than my plan covers?
Move to a bigger plan in Settings. It starts at your next billing date, and the plan follows your room count.
