How do I change a price?
Open your dashboard, tap the item, change the price and save. Your page updates straight away.
Can I change my web address later?
Your babuki.com address stays fixed once your shop is live. You can add a real domain of your own for ₹1,000.
Why do customers see my UPI name when they pay?
Every UPI app shows who is being paid. That's how customers know the money is going to you.
Can I have two shops?
Yes. Each shop has its own web address, design and plan.
How do I stop my subscription?
Follow the steps in the contract. Your page stays up until the end of the month you've paid for.
Do you take any fee from UPI payments?
No. The money goes from your customer's bank to yours. Babuki is not in the middle.
How do I take card payments?
Connect your own Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, Cashfree, PayU or Instamojo account in Payments. Paste your keys, press Test connection, then Save. Your gateway charges its usual fee; Babuki adds nothing.
How is the delivery charge worked out?
When a customer types their PIN code, Babuki asks your connected delivery partner for its live price and adds exactly that. Shiprocket or Borzo charge you the same amount when you book the pickup.
