An online page for your bakery — ₹500 a month

Customers see today's items with photos and prices, and either call you or pay straight to your UPI QR. You change the list from your phone between batches.

Bakeries are the awkward case for most online shop builders. Your list changes every morning, half of it sells out by four, and the orders that actually matter — cakes — need a date, a flavour and a message on top, which no cart can collect properly. This page is set up for that instead of fighting it.

What bakery shops put on their page

Today's counter

Buns, biscuits, puffs, bread. Mark something sold out and it greys out immediately — so you stop getting calls at six asking for what finished at noon.

Cakes to order

Photos by weight and flavour, each with a price. Customers ring you for the date and the message, but the page has already done the explaining and the haggling starts from your number, not theirs.

Festival specials

Put up a Christmas or Diwali section for two weeks and take it down after. Nobody has to redesign anything, and last year's prices do not linger.

Egg and eggless, marked

The question you answer twenty times a day, answered once on the page.

Bulk and office orders

A snack-box rate card offices can read before they call, so the conversation starts at the right number instead of at a guess.

Your timings and your lane

When the fresh batch comes out, when you shut, and a map pin that gets people to the right street rather than the main road.

Why not just keep using WhatsApp?

Keep using it — this makes it work better. Instead of retyping today's list for every customer who asks, you send one link. The link never changes, and it always shows what you have right now.

The difference shows up at festival time, when forty people ask the same question on the same morning.

Questions bakery owners ask

My prices change. Is that a problem?
No. Change one on your phone and the page updates for everybody at once. There is no waiting and nobody to call.
Can customers pay in advance for a cake?
Yes, through your own UPI QR. The money reaches your bank directly, exactly as if they had scanned the code at your counter.
Do I need good photos?
Phone photos in daylight are fine. Most bakeries shoot the whole counter in ten minutes one morning and are done.
What if I only want people to call?
Then turn off online orders. The page shows your items and a call button, and nothing else.
