Straight answers
Is ₹500 really the whole price?
Yes. There is no setup fee on the plans, no charge per item and no commission. The optional setup service is ₹1,000 one time.
What does the yearly plan include?
₹5,000 covers 12 months of your shop page and your own web address. Paying monthly with a web address costs ₹7,000 in the first year (₹1,500, then 11 × ₹500), so yearly saves ₹2,000 in year one and ₹1,000 every year after.
Do I pay again to renew my web address?
No. We renew it every year for as long as your plan is active. There is no separate renewal bill.
What if the name I want is taken?
We show you other free names made from your shop name, city and trade, ending in .com, .net or .org, and you can type your own to check it.
Is the web address mine?
Babuki registers it and it is yours to use while your plan is active. If your plan ends, we hold it for you for 30 days.
Is GST extra?
No. The price you see is the total you pay. Tax is already included.
Do online payments or deliveries cost me extra?
No. On Babuky checkout the buyer pays the delivery fee, and the payment charges are ours, so you get the full cart value. If you use your own payment gateway on a plan, that gateway charges you its usual fee.
When does the money reach my bank?
You receive the full cart value in your bank within 1–2 working days of confirming the order, less only statutory TDS and GST TCS. There is no commission.
Will my shop show up on Google?
Yes, it's included and happens by itself. Your shop and every item get their own pages that search engines can read, and we tell search engines when you add or change something. Nobody can honestly promise the top spot, but you don't have to pay anyone extra for this.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel any time; your page stays up until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a refund?
Refunds follow the contract you accept when you sign up. Read it on the Contract & terms page before you pay.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your page pauses and your web address is held for you for a while. Nothing is deleted the moment a payment fails.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from your next billing date. Your web address, items, photos and design all stay as they are.
