Governing terms for Babuki vendors and consultancy clients, under the laws of India.
Section 79 disclaimer: Babuki and Me2Us4U (OPC) Pvt Ltd do not verify the quality of goods; the sale of goods is between the buyer and the vendor. Payments through Babuky checkout are collected and settled by an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, and the vendor is settled its full share as set out below.
Legal disclosures & Grievance Officer
As required under Rule 5 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:

Complaints to the Grievance Officer are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, as required under Rule 3(2).
Acceptable use
A Babuki shop page, and its listing on Babuky, must not offer or show:
- Anything illegal to sell in India, or that needs a licence the vendor does not hold (for example medicines on prescription, alcohol, tobacco, firearms or explosives).
- Counterfeit or pirated goods, or anything that infringes someone else's trade mark, copyright or other rights.
- Drugs, stolen goods, wildlife products, or anything unsafe or recalled.
- Sexual content, hateful or abusive content, or anything that targets children.
- False or misleading claims about an item, its price, its origin or the vendor.
- Another person's personal data, or anything meant to cheat buyers or take payment outside checkout.
We may hide an item or suspend a shop that breaks these rules, and we act on valid complaints to the Grievance Officer above within the times stated there. Anyone can report a shop from our Legal page.
- §1Parties: Me2Us4U (OPC) Private Limited, operator of babuki.com ('Babuki'), and the subscribing vendor or client ('Counterparty').
- §2Scope: Babuki provides software-as-a-service provisioning (subdomain storefronts, discovery listing) and, separately, bespoke software consultancy services.
- §3Listing on Babuky: every vendor shop, with its public details and items, is listed on babuky.com, the buyer side of the same marketplace. Listing there is part of the service, not a separate option; a vendor that does not want it can close its shop.
- §4Account: vendors sign in with their Me2Us4U account (one account for Me2Us4U, VaultGate, Babuki and Babuky), which is also governed by the Me2Us4U Terms at me2us4u.com/terms. Babuki receives the account's name, verified phone number and email. While a vendor's shop is open, that Me2Us4U account cannot be deleted.
- §5Term & renewal: Subscriptions renew monthly. Vendors who subscribed at ₹500/month on or before 25 September 2026 keep that price for the lifetime of their continuous subscription; lapsed accounts re-enter at prevailing rates.
- §6Fees & taxes: Vendor subscription prices shown at checkout are the total amount payable, inclusive of any applicable GST. Consultancy fees are exclusive of GST unless stated. The ₹100 consultancy commitment deposit is credited in full against the first project invoice on contract signing.
- §7Confidentiality: Each party protects the other's non-public information for three years from disclosure.
- §8Limitation of liability: Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
- §9Governing law: Laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Me2Us4U (OPC) Pvt Ltd.
Digital signature
Online e-signature (Aadhaar eSign / OTP verification) is being integrated and is not live yet. Nothing entered here is recorded — agreements are countersigned with you during discovery (consultancy) or accepted at checkout (vendor subscription).
