Questions shop owners ask
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Customers pay your own payment gateway or your UPI directly, so the money goes to your bank without passing through us. ₹500 a month is the whole price — there is no setup fee and no commission.
- Do I need a computer?
- No. A phone is enough, both for setting it up and for running it afterwards.
- I already send my list on WhatsApp. Why do I need this?
- Because a WhatsApp message disappears up the chat and you have to retype it for every customer. A link stays the same, always shows today's prices, and you send it once.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your page goes offline and your web address is held for you for a while before it goes back into the pool. Nothing is deleted the moment a payment fails.
- Can I use my own web address instead?
- Soon. A web address of your own, such as yourshop.com, will be ₹1,000 one time on top of the ₹500 plan, or included when you pay ₹5,000 a year. We register it, set it up and renew it for you.
